water@leeds Student Forum
There are over 50 postgraduate research students working on water research projects across the University of Leeds. The water@leeds student forum brings the students together and offers a range of activities such as regular meetings, seminars and other events.
Primarily acting as a support network, the aims of the forum are to:
- connect water research students across the University of Leeds
- encourage idea and knowledge exchange
- offer peer-review of presentations, manuscripts and other documents
- encourage networking and collaboration within water@leeds
- assist in career development
The forum meets on the first Thursday of the month in the School of Geography, usually at lunchtime or after 5pm depending on the activity for the day.
New members are welcome to join at any time - please contact the water@leeds coordinator for further information.
